- Filling, capping, capping station
Filling is a fast and accurate filling control based on the combination of servo screw main, supplementary filling and electronic weighing. The main shaft is equipped with two heads, which are main filling and filling filling, all of which are screw filling and filling, the main filling is coarse filling, and the filling amount is 90~95% quickly, and the tow tank and the horizontal walking tank are controlled by the pneumatic pinch device. The clamp is sent to the filling filling station, and the precise filling is completed with the electronic weighing scale. The main filling is equipped with a dust removing device, and is connected with a negative pressure pipeline, and no dust pollutes the environment. as shown in picture 2. After the filling is completed, it is sent to the upper cover and the capping station by the pneumatic pinch device, and the upper cover and the screw cap are operated.

Screw filling is to measure the number of revolutions or time of screw rotation to measure the material and fill it into the packaging container. The metering device is actually a screw propeller. During filling, the material enters the conduit under the action of the agitator and is then filled into the bottle through the valve under the action of the rotation of the screw. The screw is controlled by the number of revolutions of the servo to control the filling capacity, as shown in Figure 3. Screw filling is mainly used for the measurement of powder or small granular materials, especially suitable for materials that are easy to bridge and not fall at the discharge port. The main advantages are compact structure, fast filling speed, no dust flying, and The filling accuracy is high, and the measuring range can be expanded by changing the parameters of the screw.

Weighing filling adopts high-precision electronic weighing technology combined with automatic filling technology to realize high-precision dynamic metering filling of milk powder medium. Its measurement accuracy is not affected by external factors, installation and debugging are simple, use and maintenance Convenient for quantitative filling in multiple industries. The load cell adopts brand sensor and has automatic peeling function. It can set the required filling weight arbitrarily in the design range, multi-layer medium seal, strong anti-offset ability, dustproof, waterproof, anti-button and corrosion resistance. Meets IP67 sealing standards.
- Lifting capping machine
The equipment is mainly composed of a storage bucket, a cover system, a capping system, a support system and a capping system. The cover system mainly adopts the belt running device with straight running to realize the purpose of covering the cover; the support system supports the vertical capping system, and can adjust the inclination of the belt of the capping system to adapt to the caps of different heights. The cover is required; the drop cover system allows the cap to be accurately placed at the mouth of the bottle through the curved guide rail, thereby achieving a perfect combination with the upper cover. The device has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, good automation, no need for climbing and easy to operate, as shown in Figure 4.

The electromagnetic induction sealing machine utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to instantly generate high heat of the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth, and then fuses it on the bottle mouth to achieve the function of sealing. Sealing speed is fast, suitable for mass production; all stainless steel mold forming shell, beautiful and generous; easy to use, good sealing quality, continuous work, is an ideal sealing equipment for medicine, pesticide, food, cosmetics, lubricants, etc. 6 is shown.
- Coded, labeling station
The splitter wheel separates the product and puts it on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the product passing through and returns the signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send the label and attach it to the product to be labeled.
